What You Can Expect

Psychotherapy can be used on a short-term basis to address specific needs and concerns, or on an on-going basis to pursue more comprehensive self-awareness and change through exploration of the complex internal and interpersonal influences that have shaped your development, your sense of self and your experiences with others.

Your well-being is my ultimate concern. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and happen weekly, however sometimes it might be beneficial to schedule longer appointments. We offer reduced fee or sliding scale possibilities for those who need.

A full session fee will be charged for any session that is missed or cancelled without notice.

The information that you share in psychotherapy is confidential and will not be discussed or released to a third party without your written permission and consent, unless disclosure required by law. Disclosure is required by law (1) if you are a danger to yourself or others, or (2) if you, or someone you have discussed, have been involved in an incident of child, dependent adult or elder abuse or neglect.
